This year, we’re having lots of fun playing with our all-natural colors for Halloween cakes and cupcakes. We can render ghosts, vampire bites, spiderwebs, frankensteins, mummies, spiders, black cats, jack-o-lanterns on any of your cakes or cupcakes, and there are rumors of a Bella Lugosi Gateau by Lucy! Just let us know at least 48 hours in advance, or drop by the Cake Shop and see what’s in the case!

We loved baking these beautiful cakes for Rachel’s wedding yesterday at Claxton Farm. The bride and groom chose a two-tier Banana Split cake, with a cake buffet featuring Strawberry Short Street, Mexican Chocolate, and Triple Chocolate Ganache! We love the design elements they chose, like this natural topper and banner. 
After more than two years at Short Street Cakes, our beloved Shop Manager Anna will be moving on this Fall. We will miss her so dearly! Fortunately, Athens, GA is not too far away. Thank you, Anna, for all of your hard work, friendship, and dedication to the Cake Shop! You’ve imprinted the Cake Shop with your own brand of awesomeness, and we will never be the same. We love you, Anna!
