Friends, I am pleased to announce the launching of Short Street Cakes’ first in-house line of all-natural, Southern-style pies for your tables and celebrations!

Our dear friend and colleague Emilou has retired from pies to pursue a career as an electrician, and has graciously trained us in her pastry methods and tried-and-true recipes.  We are now offering the following menu 7 days a week at the Cake (and now Pie) Shop:

• Lattice-Top Blueberry or Strawberry Pie
• Old-Fashioned Pecan Pie

($26 per 9” pie)

• Banana Cream Pie
• Strawberry Icebox Pie
• Chocolate French Silk Pie
• Key Lime Pie

All Mini Pies are $6.00 each.  As with our cupcakes, we will have a daily variety of mini pies available for purchase without an order. As with our cakes, we ask that you order your 9″ pies at least 48 hours in advance, and we offer gluten-free pie crust upon request.  All of our pies are made fresh to order, from-scratch and with love, and represent the very best in the classic tradition of Southern Pies.  We thank you and we love you!
